Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the Pagocards platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. General Use

You may only use Pagocards services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use our platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

2. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable Balances

Balances held in your accounts and wallets on the Pagocards platform are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. You may not transfer wallet or account balances to another party, and no refunds will be issued for balances deposited into the platform.

3. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and High-Risk Transactions

In the event that Pagocards LLC has sufficient reason or reasonable suspicion to believe that a transaction may be high risk, or that it may be connected to money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crime, Pagocards LLC reserves the right to hold such transaction and request a Source of Funds declaration from the account holder. Failure to provide a satisfactory Source of Funds declaration within the required timeframe may result in a Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) being filed with the relevant authorities, in accordance with applicable AML legislation.

4. Card Issuance and Fund Custody

All virtual cards are issued by licensed Mastercard and Visa card program providers. All funds loaded onto issued cards are held by those regulated card providers and their banking partners. Pagocards LLC does not hold, custody, or control any customer funds. Pagocards LLC operates solely as a Financial Marketing Institution and technology intermediary, facilitating access to card issuing services provided by regulated third parties.

5. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the platform to engage in fraud, deception, money laundering, sanctions evasion, illegal gambling, purchase of prohibited goods or services, or any activity that violates applicable law. Pagocards reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of this policy.

6. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to financial services, data protection, and anti-money laundering regulations.

7. Enforcement

Pagocards LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, reporting to authorities, and legal action where warranted.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
